Privacy policy

Approved by our lawyer on October 15, 2026.
Who is responsible
TD Real Estate 21, a real estate agency in Cambodia, is responsible for the personal data collected on this site. For any question or request about your data, write to the address at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
Your account: your name, your phone number (verified by a code or shared through our Telegram bot), your language, and your Telegram account when you sign in with it or link it; your email if you give it.
What you send: the properties you submit and their photos (location data is removed from photos), your messages, visit and price requests, your reports and the reviews you write.
What you keep: the listings you save, your saved searches and their alerts, the listings you viewed while signed in, and the devices where you turned on notifications.
Identity checks: the documents you send to verify your identity or an agency licence are seen by our team only.
Technical data: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and server logs. Reports from visitors without an account are told apart by a fingerprint of their address; the address itself is not stored.
Why, and on what basis
To run your account, publish your properties and pass your messages to the agent in charge: this is the service you ask for.
To prevent fraud and abuse and keep the site secure: our legitimate interest, and that of the people who use the site.
Audience measurement, notifications on your device and Telegram: only if you agree, and you can change your mind at any time.
Some records (decisions on listings, fraud prevention) because the law requires them.
Who sees it
The agency’s team, and the agent in charge of a property for the messages about it. An owner’s contact details are never shown on a listing. We do not sell personal data.
Technical providers process it on our behalf: Vercel (hosting of the site and its servers, in Singapore), Supabase (database, in Singapore), Cloudflare (storage of photos and documents; a check against robots on the report form), Telegram (sign-in and messages, if you use it), Anthropic (automatic translation of listing texts, which never contain contact details), the notification service of your browser (if you turn notifications on), and OpenFreeMap (map tiles, which receive your IP address when a map is shown).
How long
Your account and what hangs on it: as long as the account exists. When you delete it, they are deleted; our backups, kept 30 days, are then gone too.
Your session: 30 days without use. Identity documents: deleted once the request is decided.
Messages and visit requests already sent: kept by the agency to follow up with clients; if you delete your account, they no longer carry your name or contact details.
On your device
Some choices stay in your browser and are not sent to us: the listings you viewed recently, the places you searched recently, your comparison list, the theme, your answer about audience measurement, the listings you save before signing in (added to your account when you sign in), and, for the current tab only, the results you were looking at.
Where it is kept
Our database and the site run in Singapore. Some of the providers above may process data in other countries, including the United States; we only use providers that commit to protecting it.
How we protect it
Connections to the site are encrypted. Only our team accesses personal data, each person to what their work needs, and decisions on listings and accounts are recorded. Nobody’s phone number is ever published.
If an incident put your data at risk, we would tell you without delay.
Children
The site is not meant for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
In “My account”, “Your data” lets you download everything we keep about you and delete your account. You may also ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to the address below.
You can withdraw your consent to audience measurement at any time with “Manage cookies” at the bottom of the page.
If you live in the European Union, you may also complain to your country’s data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
Changes to this policy
The date at the top of the page shows the last change. If a change affects how your data is used, we say so on the site before it applies.
